stealth bomber hit and run # 39

situation = the hunter becomes the hunted. a crow interceptor was fooling around at the gate, chasing others that attempted to come near it. i was chasing this guy for some time, waiting patiently in stealth for him to catch his breath. i got that chance and he got what he deserved.

target = crow interceptor

target’s mindset = “nothing can kill me. i am hugging the gate and can do 8k m/sec in a split second. it’s fun chasing these stupid people that come near the gate”

target’s actions = gate hugging like a fly on shit…..oh yeah, and not moving either. his loss of investment was my pleasure.

result;

1] target is in his pod seconds after i decloak and initiate the alpha-strike sequence.

2] this was a fantastic kill. this special alpha-strike called for extremely close range, not giving the target enough time to react to the split-second situation. by the time he grabbed for his keyboard and mouse he was in his pod.

3] i messed up the alpha strike sequence and i was lucky it did not cost me. these situations call for the utmost nerves and tracking off all debris so as nothing decloaks you during the manuevers.
