How do you add skills to training queue in Eve Online?

It says I have the necessary requirements for the skill, but I don’t know exactly how to add available skills into the queue.

Yes, I’m a noob.

    first off did you buy the skill once u buy the skill u can add it to ure queue if u need some more help contact me in-game my character is terranan
