German connection issues
We are aware that some of our German customers are having difficulties connecting to EVE. There also appears to be a rumor that CCP is trying to save money by minimizing the router capacity. This is of course not correct, we work hard to ensure optimal redundant connectivity to our servers in London, but we do not have full control over how the worldwide ISPs route their traffic. We do however research all reported incidents closely and then work with the ISPs to minimize any problems if at all possible. We’re also planning to increase connections to our server in the near future.
