Buffer Tengu > Buffer Proteus due to high resist vs blasters and passive shield recharge and range. Theres? not much the two proteus pilots could have done.
@MetaVita The Prot was firing kinetic and thermal into the? awesome kin/therm caldari T3 resists, while the Tengu was able to fire explosive into the explosive hole of the gallente T3, so not really strange.
What are they? saying? With brits are on the mic I never feel like listening to them… The accent is REALLY annoying when you’re foreign and used to american accents.
badger was using E-War and really was a huge? nuisance to lazer/hybrid/projectile ships. It also had damps. Soryn Kael for MANY actually suggested that before AT6 that they allow haulers in the tourny. We know how we wanted to use them. This time they allowed them and we took advantage.
I think he’s suggesting that they could have just MWD’d to the other side of the arena and waited for time to expire, thus winning the match because they had more points. This may? have worked, depending on the range of the tengu. The arena is 125 km radius.
so at first I thought the badger was just in? there as a joke to burn the last point or something, but then it was destroyed in the middle of the fight, meaning it must have some real tactical value. What does it do better than ANY frig, other than structure tank?
Those guys were 10x better than Trzzbk and Crovan and they weren’t even trying AND i HAD? TO DECIPHER THEIR euro accents!!! Best match yet because of the commentating.
I agree with Stravos(?) that MD almost blew it by making the Damn primary instead of the DPS/protes.

amazing commentators tbh?

I think this is a case and? point about why blasters need a boost. A 100% Prot vs a 60% Tengu at point blank and the Tengu still wins?

The Damnation was neuting the MD Basilisk so it couldn’t rep. That is why it was “not doing anything” and the? Damnation was primary.

Good? for carrying a ton of extra cap boosters, it can also jam interceptors quite reliably.

epic announcers?

tengu gets a very long range for the same amount of damage. the proteus? needs to be close in with its blasters.

it’s what? happens when you talk nonstop for a while. taking a drink of water helps
December 17th, 2011 at 12:40 pm
dude its so annoying he keeps? doing that… he starts his voice volume high, then as he talks goes down and down closer to a wisper…
December 17th, 2011 at 1:28 pm
proteous should? have both just kept range from the tengu to win.
