Does the eve online boxed game include a game time card or is the game time set by the cd key?

I i have recently puchased a new computer and i want to install eve,I do not wnat to download the game if the boxed set includes a time card.

    yes the box does includes a 30 day time card, in some given circumstance the box can come with a free 60 days playing time inside it. (free time card depends on the current version of boxed eve client and its price) but for sure it ahs a free time card with it.
    but theres another option you can also try, old players can send you a free 21 day extended trial, which might cost less, but for this you need to download the client at http://www.eve-online.com and must pay via credit card or eve online time card after the free 21 days trial expires.
